Our young fencers won BRONZE MEDAL at the London Youth Games 2011 representing the City of Westminster.
Members of our Team were: Harry Bird, Johnny Aslet, Philip Labrum and Eudon Desai. Very well done!
European Veterans’ Championships 2011

Nick Fihosy came 16th out of 91 fencers in the 40-49 event.
Mike Medhurst came 42nd out of 76 fencers in the 50-59 category.

Bank holiday Monday and Half-Term 30 May – 2 June

We are having a break from training in the week starting Monday, the 30th of May. There is a Bank Holiday Monday and the half-term at school on Wednesday, the 1st of June and Thursday, the 2nd of June.
We will resume training on Monday, the 6th of June.

LF (73 entries) Anna Bentley came 2nd and Tarenn Teller – 7th. Jessica Medhurst came 51st, Anna Burnett had to withdraw due to the injury.
MF (103 entries) Chris Galeslot came 6th, Alex Lim – 10th, Freddie Dean – 12th, Kola Abidogun – 19th, Matt Shearman – 25th, Steven Williams – 35th, Gaurav Gupta – 37th, Glen Ostacchini – 38th, Alessandro Macchiarola – 43rd, Mark Murray – 77th and Mike Medhurst – 88.

Easter Training Schedule
April 4th, 2011
In the week after Easter we will have only one training session on Wednesday, the 27th. There is no training on Easter Monday and on Thursday that week.
From Wednesday, the 4th of May (Monday, the 2nd is a bank holiday) we will resume our usual training schedule.
